1. System Engineer Job Description
This person will be working with a team of excellent developers, testers and Business analysts contributing to high availability and high quality
Required Skills and Abilities:
A. Good knowledge in Linux and Windows server and desktop administration.
B. Education: B.E, MCA, MCM
C. Other Details: The person should have experience in:
- Network management and management with CISCO routers and Switches
- Amazon server management, remote hosting, VPN configuration, firewall systems configuration like Fortigate, Sophos etc. and related security
- Active directory, LDAP installation and configuration
- Linux / Windows Servers and systems installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Advantage if worked on installation of servers like- IIS, Apache, Oracle, Mongo, PostgreSQL, VS Code.
- Hardware management of minimum 50 – 100 servers, 50 different networks and 200 work stations
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Patch management
- Good to have knowledge of Devops
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
- Tools and technologies
